Sample · Profile · Compare

Every launch carries a genome.

Who minted it, how old their wallet is, how much snipers and bundles scooped up, how quickly holders piled in and the curve filled, which socials came attached. We record that profile for each new launch at around eight minutes old, then pull the closest relatives from our library and show how they fared.

Assay protocol

19 traits across four strands.

Each trait is normalised to a 0–1 range so any two launches can be laid side by side. In the gel strip, each lane is one trait: more bands means a higher reading, and a cross-hatched lane means the value was not available.

Creator 3 traits

Creator stake (portion of supply the minting wallet holds; 20% or more reads as full), creator wallet age (gap between that wallet's first funding and the launch, on a log scale), and creator mint history (how many tokens the wallet has minted, log scale).

Holders 5 traits

Sniper share, bundle share (the peak bundled holding observed), insider share and bot-holder share — each saturates at 40% — plus top-holder concentration. All read from Jupiter's audit fields at sampling time.

Pace 3 traits

New holders per minute, bonding-curve fill per minute, and buys over the trailing five minutes, all measured at sampling time on log scales. Only filled in for tokens younger than an hour; older ones leave these lanes blank.

Metadata 8 traits

What kind of X link was attached (none, a single post, a community, or a profile) and how many other launches reused it, whether a website or Telegram exists, whether the icon was recycled, name length, all-capitals ticker, and Token-2022 or a transfer tax.

Matching & outcomes

Distance is a weighted root-mean-square gap across every trait both tokens have (pace, creator stake and bundle traits carry the most weight), plus a flat penalty when the launchpads differ; match % = 1 − distance ÷ 0.6. The library is built from launches spotted in Jupiter's new-launch feed (checked every 20 seconds) that had at least 8 holders when sampled, and each entry is kept for 72 hours. "Sampled → latest" compares market cap at sampling with our most recent refresh; "graduated" means the token moved off its bonding curve. A shared profile describes the past — it does not forecast the future.

Questions

Do I need to link a wallet?

No. TokenDNA only reads public token data by mint address. There is nothing to sign and no wallet to attach — and no real service will ever need your recovery words, so never type them anywhere.

Why eight minutes?

That is long enough for snipers, bundles and the first wave of buyers to show up in the data, but early enough to describe how a launch started rather than how it ended.

What if my token isn't in the library?

We profile it from its current data instead. If it's under an hour old the pace traits still count; if it's older those lanes stay blank and the comparison leans on the remaining traits.

Should I trade on a high match?

Treat it as context, not a signal. Close relatives that pumped or died tell you what similar setups did recently — nothing more. Do your own research and only risk what you can lose.
